Returns / Exchange Policies:
Our goal is your complete satisfaction! If we have not delighted you, all unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise (other than pet clothing or any custom made items with color choices) may be exchanged for FREE within 5 days of delivery. We are happy to process a free exchange for a different item. We will issue a store credit equal to the purchase price (less shipping charges) that can be used toward a future purchase.

You must have prior authorization before returning items for an exchange. You will need to contact us by email within 5 days of delivery. Any items(s) to be returned must be packaged in the exact matter that the order was shipped to you and must be in brand new condition - no exceptions. To request an exchange, please contact customer service.
